Dalsland X-Trail is a race for runners who love to run on trails in the forest. The race is suitable for both elite, exercisers and everyone else who likes to move.

For those of you who don’t want to run but still want to join in and enjoy the beautiful nature of Dalsland, you have the option of hiking with some detours for a WONDERFUL view.
Choose between four distances, one class of which is hiking.

All children are welcome and the race is held together with Bengtsfors Gymnastics Club. The children get a number tag, medal and a gift when they reach the finish line. There is no starting fee and no timing on the Mini-DXT.
The start and finish is at “Långevi idrottsplats” in Bengtsfors and the children start at around 11 am.
The kids can choose to run either 500 meters or 1 km. Register your kids for Mini-DXT at Bengtsfors Gymnastics Club at 10:30 am.
